It is essential for us to recognize the authority of experience of Black, Indigenous, and Racialized communities. Far more than simply holding space for us to share our stories, baring witness to narrative testimony requires us to actively reflect and learn from this important way of knowing. This worksheet is an aid to help folks actively reflect on the narrative they hear, and to put those reflections into achievable action plans to decolonize our institution.
